Here at SIU we have Leadership and Honor Societies
Order of Omega
Order of Omega is a leadership honor society for members of Greek organizations. It recognizes juniors and seniors who have exemplified high standards in the areas of scholarship, leadership, involvement within their respective organization and within the Greek, campus, and local community. Members are selected from the top 3% of students at each institution. To qualify for membership you must submit an application, transcripts, have a 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA and be of junior standing.

National Sorority Leadership Recognition Society
Rho Lambda is a national honor society to recognize sorority women who excel in leadership throughout their organization as well as on campus and throughout the community.
The Greek letters Rho Lambda stand for Panhellenic Leadership, respectively. Those who are leaders light a torch in the darkness for others to follow, and the flame is the symbol of Rho Lambda. Although membership was originally intended for women whose organizations belonged to campus Panhellenic women, any sorority woman is now eligible for membership as long as she meets the membership selection criteria.
